FirstStopNannyShop (FSNS) is a new online service to help nannies and families seeking nannies to find one another, affordably and easily. The site provides a user-friendly interface to guide visitors through the process of posting and viewing nanny resumes and job openings. All transactions are processed in real-time using integrated credit card processing
The FSNS staff can easily manage the site using InetActive™ Admin. The staff can preview all resumes and job listings before they are displayed on the web site, preventing unwanted material from tarnishing the site's reputation and wasting customers' time. Staff members can also perform user administration, access real-time credit card processing reports, administer system e-mail and even view live site statistics.
Our team consisted of a graphic designer, two programmers, one project manager, occassional assistance from a copywriting team member and one quality assurance advisor and together we completed the site in less than three months. In the first month of operation, over 150 nannies have posted their resumes to the site and countless family visitors have viewed resumes and posted job listings.
