About MMS Mortgage Marketing Materials Ordering
Member Mortgage Services (MMS) provides mortgage origination and servicing solutions to credit unions throughout the United States. MMS provides the staff, technology and mortgage lending processes a credit union needs to provide home loans to its members, without any significant capital investment by the credit union.
Part of MMS's credit union program involves providing printed marketing materials for credit unions to promote home loans. MMS's marketing department distributes materials to scores of credit unions throughout the country, allowing each credit union to choose from a large variety of pre-designed campaigns. Credit unions could order samples of any campaign and MMS would send the samples via overnight UPS. The credit union would then phone in an order for whichever pieces they wanted.
MMS came to us seeking a solution to reduce the cost of distributing samples and processing material orders. Since every credit union they work with has internet access, we recommended an online "shopping" system. Credit union staff could log in to view samples of only the materials available to them, as well as place orders.
The solution reduced costs by eliminating virtually any need to deliver hard copy samples. MMS was also able to move most ordering functions on-line, so marketing staff now have more time to focus on buildling client relationships and executing marketing campaigns.
