Wolverine is no different from anyone else in that they want visitors to their site to return frequently. Encouraging this, we recommended "Internet Only" promotions that their customers find exclusively online. We also recognized that the site would attract new consumers through search engines, product packaging and other means. While not Wolverine's primary audience, we created incentives for these users to interact. Innovative ideas included offering online contests that visitors can enter by providing recipes for the online recipe exchange. This allows Wolverine to learn about their visitors and provides content for the Recipe Exchange.
