Overview
Tri-Pointe Community Credit Union, a long-time client, closes a significant volume of loans via their secure online loan application. After a member submits their loan application, Tri-Pointe staff can print the application details via a secure access portal; however, the data was not in a traditional loan application format so staff had to manually enter the data into a standard paper application so that the applicant could sign the application. We created a way to eliminate that extra step and thus save the credit union and loan applicants time.
Using a combination of XHTML and CSS, we were able to produce a printable format for their online loan application that met compliance regulations. Tri-Pointe staff can now print a ready-to-sign application directly from their secure portal. The process not only saves Tri-Pointe staff time, but it also shortens the loan closing process.
