When a large group of corporate credit unions wanted to replace their Open Door transaction processing platform, they hired InetSolution to create a modern, highly secure, web-based platform to perform Wire Transfers, Account Inquiries, Check Managment, Coin & Currency ordering, Reporting and more. InetSolution's MemberProtect security platform, combined with reputation for delivering reliable, secure applications to the credit union industry for over a decade made us the clear choice to deliver their new CorPower online banking system.

• Uses MemberProtect's multi-factor authentication system to control access to the entire application

Challenges Overcome

• Our client provided numerous subject matter experts, but no full-time technical team members. InetSolution stepped up and bridged the gap between the SMEs and our programming team to define requirements, coordinate testing, perform full QA and production deployments and provide end-user support during the process.
• Our client was not able to provide reliable test data, but we worked with them to coordinate a testing strategy that still allowed the application to be validated and released in a stable manner.
• InetSolution provided critical .Net expertise, as well as testing support to help U.S. Central Corporate Credit Union's internal programming team to develop an API to connect CorPower to their C400 processing system. The CorPower product was the first software application to use the new C400 API. 

Final Result

As a testament to the dedication of the "people on the ground" within InetSolution and our client's organization, we delivered a reliable, high-performance application for considerably less cost than we anticipated. As a testament to the programming quality, in the first 60 days after rollout, we received less than six support calls!
