InetSolution, Inc. Releases Next Generation Of Credit Union Web Site Functionality
UTICA, MI, NOVEMBER 12, 2001 - InetSolution, Inc., an advanced Internet technology development company specializing in technical solutions for credit unions, announced the re-launch of the Research Federal Credit Union web site (www.researchfed.com). The site now offers several interactive features that are a step beyond that of other credit unions, including online account maintenance, single-logon for multiple services, online customer service, enhanced marketing capabilities, and InetSolution's multi-level security system.
InetSolution designed the features to bridge the gap between web site technology and the credit union's in-house and third party providers' systems. In the end, members reap the benefits of fewer forms and easy logins, and they are able to communicate directly to the credit union through a single source - the improved web site. The enhanced web site will enable Research Federal members to:
Update their personal information online rather than via telephone or at a branch location; and access home banking, online bill payment and loan applications all using a single logon identification; and place free classified ads for cars and homes and allow buyers to obtain instant loan approval for those items.
InetSolution has also been contracted to upgrade Grand Blanc Credit Union's web site. Priorities include improving the site's appearance and functionality, while also equipping it for future enhanced online offerings.
