- Is an API available for integrating with home banking systems?
- Yes, we do provide an API for home banking vendors or credit union I.T. departments who wish to make check images available through their home banking system. The API allows home banking providers to rapidly deploy check copy viewing with a seamless, very low-cost integration.
- Which check processors does ImageShare support?
- ImageShare currently supports several corporate credit union formats, including CenCorp.
- Is ImageShare secure and is my member's data safe?
- ImageShare uses the state-of-the-art MemberProtect® security system to encrypt all data that the system stores and transmits. The system is also housed on security-hardened servers behind industry-leading firewalls. ImageShare is one of the safest on-line check imaging systems available.
- Can we charge members a fee for viewing images online?
- Yes! You can charge any amount that you would like. ImageShare will require members to agree to the fee notice before they can view each image. You may also opt to provide images to members for free.
- How do we know which members have viewed check images?
- You have full access to real-time billing reports using your InetActive Administrative control panel. These reports will detail each transaction performed on the system so that you can bill your members properly.
- How do members access the system?
- Members are required to login with a unique username and password that is automatically assigned to them during system setup. Members are also required to change their passwords upon first login.
- Can we integrate ImageShare into our home banking system?
- Absolutely! You can integrate ImageShare on-line check imaging with virtually any home banking or single sign-on system.
- Can ImageShare display images of checks that we process and store in-house?
- Yes! The ImageShare system is fully expandable and can easily display images from your internal image processing system.
- Do we have to purchase any hardware to host ImageShare?
- No! InetSolution hosts the ImageShare on-line check imaging system on our enterprise-class secure servers.
