It’s not unusual for me to have over 100 phone conversations in a week, a
dozen meetings & conference calls, five or more commitments for after work activities, a half dozen errands to run and at least 50 different usernames and passwords to remember. I just have to forgive myself when sometimes I forget to turn on the crock pot before I leave for work in the morning, or forget to bring home the digital camera battery charge that I’ve forgot at the office for over a week. But now, thanks to Justin, our lead developer here at Inet, I have a solution to help me remember those forgettable tasks.
Justin has been working in his spare time to create a web-based service called RemindMeBot.com for his personal use. But why keep something useful all to yourself? So he’s made it publicly available for anybody to use.
What is RemindMeBot?
It’s a ridiculously simply website that, once you’ve registered, allows you to add an event and it will email you a reminder on that day.

RemindMeBot is free, easy to register with and will get better with real human feedback. Check it out.
P.S. Oh, did I mention that this simple little application uses MemberProtect for security? Overkill? Perhaps a bit. But hey, who couldn’t use a little extra security in their digital life?
