InetSolution is committed to ensuring our business operations continue as the COVID-19 pandemic, caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, spreads. Our entire team is highly skilled at supporting customers remotely via telephone, email, and our normal web-based interaction tools. In fact, possessing the necessary skills and discipline to work remotely has been a necessary requirement to work at InetSolution since our founding in 1998. All employees have the ability to work remotely and do so routinely, so we do not expect significant deviation from normal business operations and plan to maintain uninterrupted service during this time. Preserving a stable and safe environment for our clients and employees, while delivering the same quality services, is our main priority.
We have taken the following precautions:
- All InetSolution employees are equipped to work fully remote and have been working from their homes to ensure minimal contact with other people. This is a normal part of our business operations, so minimal impact is expected on development services and no impact is expected on data center operations.
- All employees are advised to follow CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) guidelines for personal hygiene, including washing their hands for 15-30 seconds and cleaning frequently touched surfaces. We advise them to keep their hands away from their faces too.
- All non-critical business travel is eliminated.
InetSolution follows the local public health authority advisories as well as requirements. We appreciate the cooperation and patience during this public health emergency. Many people are worried about the current health crisis, but we hope that our many years of experience working in this type of safe, virtual way will allow us to continue to serve clients in the same way we have for over two decades.
